Making a Connection.
The hunt seemed to last forever. Dean had tracked the water wraith through almost two entire states before he finally caught up with it. Even then, the damn thing almost drowned him before he put it down. Probably should have called in some help, Dad or Bobby, but he wanted to finish it on his own. That way he could slip off and take a few days for himself afterward.
Dean dragged into his motel room and made a beeline for the shower. The water that thing had lived in was freezing and he was still chilled to the bone even an hour later. Before he did anything else, he was going to use up all the hot water he could get a hold of. Which, of course, made him miss another shower he'd enjoyed. Man, he couldn't wait to get back.
After his shower, he pulled on a clean, dry pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt and ordered a pizza to be delivered. Then he flopped down on his bed, burrowing under the covers to thaw out and wait for his dinner.

Reluctantly, he pulled away. "You'd better get dressed. I don't want to make you late."

When Dean moved away, Nathaniel nodded and went to slip into some fresh clothes. After that was taken care of, he went back to the bed to steal a quick kiss. "Get some rest... and help yourself to anything in the kitchen, if you want it."
no subject
"Don't forget to text me." He nodded to his phone sitting on the bedside table, then grinned at him. "I want to make sure I have time to give you the proper greeting."

Straightening up, he headed for the door. Needed to get down and get ready to open the bar up anyway, much as he'd like to linger around. There'd be time for that later tonight though.
He let himself out as quietly and headed down to the bar, setting his thoughts on work instead of the naked, collared guy in his bed. Damn, but that was difficult...
Thankfully, they got busy enough to keep him on his toes once people started filtering in.

The bed was warm and a dozen times more comfortable than the ones he was used to on the road. He stretched and squirmed, reveling in the other man's scent on the sheets and pillows. One hand moved slowly to stroke the soft leather circling his neck. A long, deep sigh escaped him. If this wasn't complete contentment, he didn't know what was.
Finally, he got himself out of bed, didn't bother with getting dressed, and wandered into the kitchen to find something to eat. As he poked around, it occurred to him that learning to cook might be in his best interests if he was going to be spending much time here. Ultimately, he ended up with another sandwich. Not the most imaginative of meals, but it did the trick.
After he was done, he cleaned up and headed back to bed to wait. He wasn't sleepy, but the bed was too comfortable to resist for long. He kept his phone close, waiting for Nathaniel's text.

After a few moments, he pulled out his phone.
Hey, you awake?

Hey! I am. You about done?

Dean grinned as he sent the response. Then he climbed out of bed and straightened up the covers before he headed into the living room and went to pour Nathaniel a drink. He knelt by the door with the drink in hand and waited.

He took a step over to him to take the drink, his other hand going to stroke down the side of his face and down to his chin, tipping his chin up. "You get some rest? Long night ahead of you after all."

He waited for Nathaniel to walk over and sit in the chair, then he followed, sinking once more to his knees beside his legs. One by one, Dean stroked his legs lightly and pulled off each boot and sock. When they were done, he leaned up to start unbuttoning Nathaniel's shirt, since he said he wasn't interested in clothes.

Felt good to watch him move too.
"Mm, thought about you on that machine all day..."

Once the shirt was unbuttoned, he started to slip it off Nathaniel's shoulders. Then he draped it over the arm of the chair and reached for Nathaniel's jeans to unfasten them.
no subject
"How about you... how'd you spend the time while I was gone?"
no subject
As the jeans slipped down, Dean bent to kiss at the newly exposed skin along his legs. "Mostly, I just killed time until you came back."

He paused, looking down. "Not a brilliant cook, myself, but I guess I could give you some pointers if you want'em. Can't have you living off sandwiches and microwave food alone, can I? Though tomorrow, dinner's on me..."
no subject
"After dinner tomorrow, then. Or before, maybe. There's always breakfast." Once the jeans were off, Dean leaned in and rubbed his cheek against Nathaniel's crotch over his boxers. He nuzzled and teased. His hands smoothed up Nathaniel's legs and wandered under the legs of his boxers. "Do you want me back on the machine tonight?"
no subject
"Later. Right now... think I want to unwind for a bit, decide what all I want to do with you tonight. How do you feel about putting that mouth to use, Dean?"

"Why don't you show me what you got? Then I'll show you some of the stuff I got planned for you."

"Massages whenever I can get them? I might not want to give it up."
