The hunt seemed to last forever. Dean had tracked the water wraith through almost two entire states before he finally caught up with it. Even then, the damn thing almost drowned him before he put it down. Probably should have called in some help, Dad or Bobby, but he wanted to finish it on his own. That way he could slip off and take a few days for himself afterward.

Dean dragged into his motel room and made a beeline for the shower. The water that thing had lived in was freezing and he was still chilled to the bone even an hour later. Before he did anything else, he was going to use up all the hot water he could get a hold of. Which, of course, made him miss another shower he'd enjoyed. Man, he couldn't wait to get back.

After his shower, he pulled on a clean, dry pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt and ordered a pizza to be delivered. Then he flopped down on his bed, burrowing under the covers to thaw out and wait for his dinner.

"I bet you can come up with something." Dean answered back, tucking his face in against Nathaniel's neck and nuzzled in as he caught his breath. Dean was already thinking about their next meeting. When he could get back and how long he could stay.

"Mm, well, I'll definitely do my best anyway. Gotta keep you coming back." He smirked a little against his skin, kissing along the collar again as he smoothed a hand down over Dean's hip. "Though first, I guess we should get through this weekend before planning for the next."

"That's one thing you don't really have to worry about. I'm pretty invested in coming back." After just a few meetings, Dean was already pretty well attached to Nathaniel. More than he liked to think about sometimes. It was dangerous. Still, he couldn't stop himself. "And considering what we have planned for the weekend, I'm pretty sure we're not going to have much trouble with it, either."

He leaned back and smiled up at him. "What did you have planned for today? Before dinner?"

"Have to take care of some work downstairs, but after that, I'm free." He gave a teasing grind down. He leaned in to nibble at Dean's lower lip before soothing it with his tongue. "After that, I plan on spending the day teasing you into a frenzy before we head out. How's that sound?"

He got to his feet and pushed himself up to head into the bathroom. "I'll get the water going."

"I'll be in there in a little bit." Giving Dean some time to get the water on and hot, he went to straighten up a little bit around the room. After that was handled, he stepped into the bathroom and up behind Dean, pressing up close to him.

Dean had the water running well and it was good and hot. He grinned when he felt Nathaniel's arms around him. He leaned back against him and hummed pleasantly. "Oh yeah, you are."
