Once Dean was rolled over, he grabbed a pair of padded, leather cuffs and guided his arms up to the headrest to tie them securely in place. Didn't want Dean getting too far on him now, giving in to touching himself.

"Stay here," he teased as he got up and went to leave the room. "I'll be back."

Looked like Dean could maybe use a cool down, so he was grabbing some ice from the fridge. After that, he came back to settle on the edge of the bed.
